  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product becomes unavailable for delivery.

  • We currently ship to domestic and select international locations based on options provided at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

  • Once your product has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of pre-orders and limited-edition drops, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lockedingame.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
