📦 Damaged or Missing Components Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders.
However, if your order arrives with missing or damaged components (such as markers, answer boards, etc.), we will gladly send replacement parts at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us at support@lockedingame.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery and include:
